Description

The Homelessness Prevention & Relief Officer (SO2) plays a crucial role in addressing the pressing issue of homelessness in our community. This position is designed for a dedicated individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of those facing housing instability. The officer will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies aimed at preventing homelessness and providing relief to those in need. This role involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders, including local government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community groups, to create a supportive network for vulnerable populations. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, allowing them to effectively engage with individuals experiencing homelessness and provide them with necessary resources and guidance. Responsibilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems relevant to service delivery.

Hours Per Week: 36.00 | Start Time: 09:00 | End Time: 17:00 | Pay Per Hour: £23.51 | Location: Islington, North London
