Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Caseworker to provide trauma-informed support for homelessness services in London during a busy winter period. Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Caseworker to support our homelessness services during a busy winter period. The role involves providing trauma‑informed, one‑to‑one support, completing assessments, developing support plans, advocating for guests, and helping individuals move into and sustain safe accommodation. You’ll work closely with local agencies, attend community drop‑ins, and maintain accurate case notes using InForm.

Hours: 21 hrs per week over 3 days (Mon-Thu, flexible)

Contract: 2‑3 months (possible extension)

Location: London (office‑based + some community work)
