Job summary

A leading support services organization is seeking an experienced Caseworker to provide trauma-informed, one-to-one support for individuals experiencing homelessness in London. Job description

We're looking for an experienced Caseworker to support our homelessness services during a busy winter period. The role involves providing trauma-informed, one-to-one support, completing assessments, developing support plans, advocating for guests, and helping individuals move into and sustain safe accommodation. You'll work closely with local agencies, attend community drop-ins, and maintain accurate case notes using InForm.

Hours: 21 hrs per week over 3 days (Mon-Thu, flexible)

Contract: 2-3 months (possible extension)

Location: London (office-based + some community work)

What You'll Do:

  • Liaise with external agencies and advocate for guests
  • Support guests to secure and sustain move‑on accommodation
  • Contribute to safe running of the night shelter and drop‑in services
