A leading recruitment agency is seeking a compassionate and proactive Homeless Recovery Worker in Birmingham. This temporary role focuses on connecting individuals experiencing homelessness with vital services. Responsibilities include building communication pathways, coordinating care handovers, and working with diverse communities. Candidates should have experience in homelessness support, strong communication skills, and must manage challenging behaviours. Flexibility for early mornings, late evenings, or weekends is required.
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £18-20 per hour Umbrella
Contract: Temporary 3-4 months
*Monday-Friday - will require flexibility to work early morning and late evenings/weekends when required*
