Homeless Prevention Visiting Officer needed in Lambeth

The rate is £23.51ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will prevent homelessness in accordance with the provisions of the Homelessness Reduction Act, associated Code of Guidance, case law and best practice.

They will routinely undertake home visits for those at risk of homelessness, to fully understand the situation and be able to provide innovative and tailored options to prevent homelessness and will undertake a housing needs assessments for people seeking housing assistance and create housing plans tailored to the individual’s needs and circumstances.
