Overview

Homecare Workers (Agency Staff) – Location: Bristol and surrounding areas. Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Temporary / Ongoing assignments.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support with daily living (washing, dressing, toileting, etc.)
  • Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and household tasks
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Support clients with mobility and attending appointments or social activities
  • Observe, record, and report changes in clients’ wellbeing to supervisors
  • Ensure all care is delivered in line with individual care plans and company policies
Requirements
  • Previous experience in care or support work (preferred but not essential – full training can be provided)
  • Genuine passion for helping others and a compassionate attitude
  • Good communication and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK
  • A driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable (not essential for all roles)
