Earn £13.00-£17.26/hr + 45p mileage as a Homecare Support Worker with Ignis Care.

Minimum 1-hour visits, in-house Birmingham training (MH & BLS), uniform/PPE, bank-holiday uplift, shadowing and on‑call support. Drivers only.

We're expanding across Lichfield, Burntwood, Streethay and Fradley, building a reliable, dignity‑led homecare team.

What we offer

  • 45p/mile (first 10,000 miles), 25p thereafter
