HealthNet Homecare (UK) Ltd is seeking Clinical Homecare Nurses to join our team delivering professional care to clients in patients' own homes across the UK. You will provide nursing support, administer therapies, and educate patients and carers in self-management within established protocols.

As a registered nurse, you will travel to patient visits, be part of a patient-centred service, and work within a supportive network that values continuous development and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse on NMC register.
• Subcutaneous injection experience required.
• Computer literacy essential.
• 5 years post-registration experience desirable.
• Cannulation and Venepuncture experience desirable.
• Experience in administration of IV therapies desirable.

Responsabilités

• Assist in providing excellent standards of patient care on behalf of the client and associated healthcare professionals.
• Teaching patients, carers or family members to self-administer therapy, or the administration of therapies to patients in accordance with service protocols in the home.
• Participating in telephone calls, virtual calls and home visits as part of Patient Support Programmes.
• Assist in providing solutions that support the patient and healthcare professional in delivering a seamless service between hospital and home.
• Ensure a high standard of service is established and always delivered for all customers and patients.
