Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, focusing on exceptional service delivery.
  • Experience in a customer service role, ideally within the property or construction sector.

Responsibilities

  • Championing the customer journey to support the client’s drive for 5-star service.
  • Managing and administering regional customer complaints efficiently.
  • Answering inbound customer calls and ensuring enquiries are responded to promptly.
