Job summary

Audika Group is seeking a HCPC-qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist for home visits in the Cumbria area. The role includes selling hearing solutions, completing assessments, and delivering premium customer care. You will be supported by a diary coordinator and managed by a supportive team.

The position is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with a generous salary and benefits package, including a car allowance and annual leave. Applicants must be HCPC-qualified and hold a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration or eligible for HCPC registration.
• Proven ability to provide premium customer care with sales aptitude.
• Good IT skills and experience with audiometry equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out comprehensive hearing assessments and provide appropriate solutions.
• Complete audiograms and customer records in the CMS system accurately.
• Adhere to standard consultation and company practices.
• Provide premium after-sales service and respond to service calls promptly.
• Keep knowledge up to date with HCPC CPD requirements.
