A housing and support organization is seeking a dedicated Home Support Worker to join their team in Elgin. This role involves providing enhanced services to adults with diverse needs, working flexible shifts in a supportive environment. £24,250 Salary (upon completion of successful probation)

We have various Home Support Worker contracts available within our Chandlers Court development in Elgin. Our team provide enhanced services to support adults living with varying needs. This includes physical disability and learning disabilities as well as older adults and vulnerable adults, all of whom live in their own home. We are passionate about supporting our residents to live as independently as they are able with a responsive service adapted to care needs and individual support plans.

The Home Support Worker role involves working on a rota covering various shifts over 3 shift patterns. This rota is a rolling rota to support a work/life balance.
