Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales management, ideally in housing or property sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the Sales team to achieve targets.
• Manage communications and documentation for home sales.
• Monitor CRM system performance and sales metrics.
• Resolve customer sales complaints swiftly.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support completion targets.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
