Job summary

Allianz UK is seeking a Pricing Manager to join the Pricing Portfolio team, leading pricing across the LV= Home Portfolio. Hybrid role in London/Birmingham/Bournemouth, guiding pricing with a focus on financial performance and growth.

The role requires strong pricing expertise, stakeholder management, and experience with Radar/Databricks/Machine Learning tools in an insurance setting. You will mentor a pricing analytics team and influence product development.

Qualifications

Experience delivering financial targets using pricing models and strong commercial awareness in personal lines insurance.
Ability to manage pricing initiatives and influence product development for profitability.
Exposure to pricing optimization techniques and related tools in an insurance context.

Responsibilities

Lead pricing activity for the LV= Home Portfolio to meet financial and underwriting targets.
Define and deliver pricing analyses that improve underwriting performance and support GWP growth.
Influence Home product development to drive profitable growth through pricing opportunities.
Establish robust rate relativity review processes to optimise conversion and profitability.
Mentor and develop a team of pricing analysts within the Pricing function.
