Job summary

Care Concern Group currently seeks a Home Manager for Kingfisher House in Perth, a 77‑bed care home opening in late 2025. You will lead a newly commissioned service and shape its culture while building occupancy and a trusted local reputation.

The role offers up to £65,000 per annum plus up to 40% bonus, private medical insurance, a company pension and generous annual leave. You will guide a team and partner with families and the Perth community to deliver exceptional care.
