Westgate Healthcare is seeking a Home Manager to lead Kingfisher Nursing Home with a patient-centred approach and a focus on outstanding care standards. You will drive compliance, recruit and develop the team, manage budgets and promote occupancy within the local community.

The role requires a proven track record in luxury care settings, strong leadership, and an RGN with an active NMC pin. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a comprehensive induction and ongoing development

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a successful care home, preferably luxury.
• Solid understanding of CQC regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication with a resident-first approach.
• Passion for delivering high-quality care in a luxury, person-centred environment.
• Strong commercial acumen; manage budgets and drive financial performance.
• Well organised with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• RGN qualification and valid NMC pin number.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full compliance with CQC and all relevant regulatory requirements.

Are you an experienced Home Manager with a passion for outstanding care and a talent for inspiring teams? We’re looking for a confident and driven leader to join Kingfisher Nursing Home as our Home Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to take overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and performance of the home, creating an environment where residents feel valued, families feel confident and colleagues are proud to work.

About the role

40 hours per week | Full-time | Permanent

As Home Manager, you will:
