Nursing Home Manager

£70,000 per annum - DOE

Partington, Manchester

Meridian Business Support are working with an established National Private Healthcare Provider client who are looking to recruit a Home Manager to lead a large Nursing Home in the Partington area of Greater Manchester.

Key duties and responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to the home’s staff team, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and empathy.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a team of skilled care professionals committed to delivering person-centred care.
  • Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and maintain excellent standards of care and support.
  • Manage the home’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are effectively managed.
  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to maintain full occupancy and promote the home’s services to potential residents, families, and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and all stakeholders, responding effectively to their needs and concerns.

Oversee all records to ensure the home’s administrative processes are accurate, timely, and compliant with all regulatory and internal policy requirements, supporting a safe and quality environment for residents and staff.
