It's been consistently highly rated (6's and 5's), so taking the helm here you'll inherit a team for whom a therapeutic approach is second nature and the daily routines run like clockwork.

Still, there's always work to be done, that's why it's important you understand more than a thing or 2 about dementias, including early onset and conditions like Korsakoff's and Scizophrenia.

You'll know the care inspectorate and regulations well, too.

That being the case, you'll also appreciate the fact this service has very long-term residents. That means staff have built deep, lasting positive professional relationships with those in their care and understand the nuances of each individual's mental health condition allowing for true personalisation.

The more relevant experience you have the merrier.

We're authorised to advertise the position at £45k-£55k salary but depending on experience this client is most importantly keen to get the right person. Which means if a greater salary is necessary for that, it's definitely possible.
