A leading care provider is seeking a Home Manager in Dornoch to deliver high-quality care and support to residents. The successful candidate will manage staff, run leisure activities, and ensure personalized care is provided in line with individual care plans. Applicants must have operational management experience and a driving licence. The position offers opportunities for training and development, alongside a supportive work environment.

40 hours per week

You will have previous experience in a residential setting, along with strong operational management experience.
A current driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
