Job summary

Ashfield Healthcare is seeking an experienced IV Therapy Nurse for a permanent, full-time role in Oxford. You’ll manage a caseload of TPN/homecare patients, deliver hands-on IV therapy, educate patients and carers, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care in patients’ homes.

The role requires NMC registration, driving licence, and strong communication. You will work 40 hours per week with shifts covering mornings and evenings, and you’ll have opportunities for

Qualifications

• Must hold current NMC registration and be a qualified nurse.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and document care.
• Proficient with digital systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care for patients on TPN in home settings.
• Deliver structured education to patients, families and carers.
• Initiate and monitor IV therapy in outpatient/homecare.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with dietitians, pharmacists and wider care teams.
