Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in Leeds is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth checkout experience. You will interact with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and keep merchandise organized to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform job duties.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock stock and replenish shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
