Job summary

B&Q Chippenham is looking for a Customer Advisor to join our team on a part-time, fixed-term basis. You’ll work 12 hours per week across shifts from 7:00 to 22:00, with a 3-month contract. Training in paint mixing and timber cutting may be provided, and delivering great customer service will be your main goal.

You’ll be part of a team helping customers with home improvement needs, stock management, and shop displays while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Advising customers and understanding their home improvement needs.
• Assisting with sales, stock handling, and setting up displays.
• Ensuring the store looks attractive and well organised for customers.
• Opportunity to be trained in paint mixing and timber cutting.
• Provide excellent customer service and help customers find products.
