Job summary

B&Q Bridge of Don is hiring a part-time Customer Advisor to help customers with their home improvement needs and provide great service. You’ll work across shifts from 7.00am to 10.00pm, Monday through Sunday, and play a key role in stock management and visual merchandising.

You’ll be trained in paint-mixing and timber-cutting, with a focus on delivering friendly, expert guidance and a enjoyable shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing with a passion for helping customers.
• Willing to learn and adapt; on-rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
• Team player able to work in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and advice.
• Manage stock, set up displays and ensure the store looks inviting.
• Support paint-mixing and timber-cutting training as needed.
