Qualifications

  • Previous care experience preferred, genuine passion for helping others is essential.
  • Positive attitude with a friendly and supportive demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills with clients and families.
  • Willing to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including weekends.
  • Diligence in delivering care tasks and wellbeing checks.
  • Willingness to undergo necessary background checks.
  • Own vehicle and willingness to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance.

Shifts Available: Zero-Hour Contract – Flexible Shifts Available, between Monday – Sunday, 7am – 10pm

What You Will Do
  • Provide Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting while maintaining dignity and comfort.
  • Support Daily Living: Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping.
  • Offer Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to reduce isolation.
  • Conduct Wellbeing Checks: Regular checks to ensure safety, comfort, and needs are met.
  • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to company policies on privacy, health and safety, and care standards.
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings and share ideas to enhance services and processes.
What We are Looking For
  • Experience in Care: Previous care experience is preferred, but genuine passion for helping others is essential.

  • Vehicle: Own your own vehicle and hold or be willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance.
