Job summary

Altogether Care Llp is hiring a Care and Support Worker to visit clients in their own homes across the Gillingham area. The role offers a competitive hourly rate and a permanent contract, with varied shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends to ensure continuous care.

You will travel to communities, support independence and mobility, and use mobile tech to record care. The role requires a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, with full induction and ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• Must have Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
• Experience in home care or healthcare is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal, physical and emotional care to clients in their own homes.
• Assist with daily tasks and appointments to help clients stay independent.
• Travel across the Gillingham area to deliver consistent care.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals.
• Record care using mobile technology and our systems.
