Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle.
• Willingness to travel between care visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, physical and emotional support.
• Help people with everyday tasks, activities and appointments
• Encourage and empower clients to make their own choices
• Build trusted relationships with clients, families and professionals
• Support people to maintain their independence and confidence
• Use mobile technology to record and deliver high-quality care
