Altogether Care is seeking a Care and Support Worker in Portland to provide compassionate in-home care across the community. You will travel to clients’ homes, help with daily tasks and promote independence, while upholding safety and safeguarding practices.

The role offers flexible hours across full-time or part-time shifts, with weekend work required for many weekday positions and a competitive hourly rate (£13.80–£14.30).

Formación

• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Access to own vehicle is advantageous.

• Support people at home to live as independently as possible.
• Provide personal, physical and emotional care.
• Assist with daily tasks, activities and appointments.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families and professionals.
• Travel to provide high-quality care across the area.
