Job summary

Alina Homecare is seeking care assistants to support older people in their own homes in Chichester and surrounding areas. You will assist with medication, meals, shopping, cleaning and personal care, with full induction training provided.

Roles can be part‑ or full‑time, with calls between 7am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday. We offer great pay, paid travel time, mileage allowance, free uniform, free DBS checks and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full induction training provided.
• Part or full-time hours with shifts from 7am to 10pm, Monday to Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Assist older people in their own homes with medication, meals and personal care.
• Support with shopping, light cleaning and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and monitor wellbeing.
