Home Instead is seeking compassionate CAREGivers in Birmingham to enrich clients' lives with companionship and non-medical personal care in their own homes. You will be matched to clients based on personality and interests, with one-hour visits and supportive supervision to ensure quality care.

No prior experience is required as we provide industry-leading training and ongoing development, plus competitive pay, holiday pay, mileage, and progression opportunities including NVQ Level 1–3 in Health

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Full training provided.
• NVQ Level 1, 2 and 3 in Health & Social Care offered during progression.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and non-medical personal care to clients in their own homes.
• Follow company guidelines including COVID-19 and PPE practices.
