Home Instead Westminster is an Outstanding rated provider delivering high quality care and support in Central London. We cover North and South Westminster and the city of London and are are looking for kind and compassionate home care workers to join our existing team of professional Carers

Job Description

At Home Instead we value the amazing work that our Care Professionals do every day. In order to help you achieve the best for yourself and your clients, we offer:

  • Competitive pay - from £14.00to £15.00per hour. Bank Holiday pay rates - from £28per hour
  • Minimum 2hour calls – with client matching for continuity.
  • We have morning, afternoon and evening visits available, you will be with the client for a minimum of 3 hours at a time but often longer, sometimes for the whole day - We offer either part time or full time hours based on your availabilities.
  • You receive your schedule a month in advance based on your availabilites
  • Training - full induction programme where we provide award winning training and opportunities to develop your career further
  • Pension Scheme

What you will bring:

Help clients to remain happy, healthy and thriving in their own homes! Responsibilities may include:

  • Companionship and wellbeing support
  • Help with everyday tasks from cooking a meal to light housework
  • Helping your client access their community by accompanying them to the shops or appointments
  • Help with washing, dressing or bathing.
