Job summary

Gracious Care (Holdings) Limited is seeking compassionate care workers to join our team in Orpington, Beckenham and surrounding areas. You will deliver high-quality personal care, support daily living activities and provide companionship to vulnerable adults in the community.

We offer flexible contracts (full-time, part-time, and guaranteed hours) with day, evening, night and weekend shifts, plus funded qualifications and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must live within commuting distance of Orpington or Beckenham.
• Willing to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and nights.
• Commitment to high-quality care and safeguarding vulnerable adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with meals, medication support and wellbeing activities.
• Offer companionship and maintain dignity and independence.
• Complete training and follow care plans; document observations as required.

Gracious Care is a leading provider of private Care in the Bromley and Beckenham areas. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our growing team providing a high-quality and much-needed service to vulnerable people in Orpington, Bromley and Beckenham areas

We work in the community, providing essential support with everyday tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication support and companionship. You’ll receive comprehensive training, paid shadowing and ongoing support while completing the Care Certificate, ensuring you feel confident and valued in your role.
