JOB TYPE: Full-Time and Part-Time Jobs Available

WORKING HOURS

Part-Time Shifts:

• 7:00am–3:00pm
• 3:00pm–11:00pm

Full-Time Shifts between the Hours of:

• 7:00am–11:00pm

Set shift pattern with alternate weekends off

DUTIES

Your duties as the Home Care Assistant / Support Worker include:

• Personal Care: Provide respectful personal care tailored to individual needs and preferences
• Medication Support: Support with or administer medication in line with care plans and training
• Shopping Support: Complete shopping calls as required
• Companionship and Emotional Support: Provide friendly conversation, reassurance and emotional support
• Independence and Wellbeing: Promote dignity, choice, independence and wellbeing
• Care Plans and Reporting: Follow individual care plans and report concerns appropriately

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

ESSENTIAL

• Caring, empathetic, respectful and flexible approach
• Reliable and committed to delivering high-quality care
• Valid UK driving licence
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom for the hours required, as visa sponsorship is not available
• Willingness to complete required pre-employment checks, including relevant barred-list checks where applicable
