Job summary

Hales Homecare in Goole is seeking a Care Assistant to support individuals in their own homes. The role offers paid training, a driving requirement, and guaranteed hours with a focus on compassionate, quality care. You will perform personal care, meal prep, medication support, and light domestic tasks, while providing companionship.

Applicants should have a valid UK driving licence and the ability to work in the UK. Tier 2 sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full paid training provided by internal team.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Unable to accept individuals requiring Tier 2 sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care routines (washing, dressing, toileting).
• Supporting medication and meal preparation.
• Helping with light domestic tasks and grocery needs.
