Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare Group is recruiting care workers to visit older adults in their own homes, helping them stay independent and choose how they live. No prior care experience is required as training is provided, and you will be paid during training.

Role includes driving between clients, following a rota planned by the local coordinator, with opportunities for guaranteed hours or bank shifts. Mileage is paid at 45p per mile, with weekend and bank holiday pay as detailed in the pay structure.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and own car are essential.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.
• No care experience needed – training provided, and you will be paid during training.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: washing, dressing, meals and medication.
• Regular visits and check-ins to support independence.
• Build familiarity with clients through regular rounds and planned rotas.
