Job summary

NursePlus Care at Home in Plymouth is hiring Community Care Workers. This role offers full-time and part-time shifts, with hourly pay up to 30.26 and paid training. You’ll support people in their own homes, helping with personal care, meals, daily routines and companionship to improve quality of life.

No prior care experience is required; driving licence and a DBS check are part of the process. Training and progression opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• No care experience required; welcome from diverse backgrounds.
• Willingness to complete Enhanced DBS check.
• Must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with medication as needed.
• Assist with meals and daily routines to promote independence.
• Offer companionship and reassurance to clients at home.
• Help individuals stay safe and comfortable in their own homes.
