s1jobs is hiring a Care Assistant for Cupar, Fife (KY15). The role involves delivering essential home and community care, with flexible hours and full- or part-time options.

You will partner with clients and health professionals to ensure comfort, safety and wellbeing, while upholding our values of empathy, integrity, respect and teamwork. Applicants should have UK right to work, 6+ months care experience, and be capable of working independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• At least 6 months paid UK care experience in the last 3 years, including personal care and moving and handling.
• Registration for applicants in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland such as SSSC, SCW or NISSC. This is not required in England.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential care and support to clients in their homes and communities.
• Support those in your care with both moving and handling and personal care when requirement.
• Help maintain comfort, safety and wellbeing at all times.
