Helping Hands is seeking a Care Assistant in Watford to provide compassionate home care. You will support clients to live independently, stay safe, and feel comfortable in their own homes. Training is provided; prior care experience is not required.

Qualifikationen

• No prior care experience needed; kindness and reliability are essential.
• Ability to learn on the job with support and training.
• Strong people skills and a patient, respectful approach.

Aufgaben

• Provide warm, meaningful companionship to customers in their own homes.
• Support with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing and toileting.
• Assist with mobility needs to help customers stay safe and confident.
• Oversee and administer medication in line with care plans.
• Help with household tasks such as cleaning, cooking and meal preparation.
• Run essential errands, from food shopping to collecting prescriptions.
• Offer calm, considerate support that helps customers feel truly cared for.
