Job summary

Alina Homecare in Brighton is seeking care assistants to support older people in their own homes. You will help with personal care, meal preparation, light shopping, and medication assistance as needed. No prior experience required and full induction training is provided.

This flexible role offers part-time or full-time hours, with shifts from early morning to evening. We provide competitive pay, paid travel time, mileage allowance, free uniform, DBS checks and opportunities for further training

Responsibilities

• Assisting someone with medication as directed by care plan.
• Food preparation and meal planning for clients.
• Shopping and light household tasks (cleaning, laundry).
• Personal care support as required by the client’s needs.
