Job summary

Kelly Park Limited is seeking a Health Care Assistant to support vulnerable adults in Stanley and surrounding villages. You will promote independence, assist with personal care, meals, and daily living tasks in service users’ homes.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS clearance required.
• Two satisfactory references required.
• Caring, reliable and trustworthy team player.

Responsibilities

• Promote independence, caring for service users in their own home.
• Encourage service users to be actively involved in daily care.
• Accompany service users to appointments and access the community.
• Prepare meals and snacks to meet nutritional needs.
• Tidy the home and assist with basic domestic tasks.
• Support personal care tasks, including bathing and incontinence care.
