Job summary

Alina Homecare in the United Kingdom is seeking care assistants to support older people in their own homes. You will help with daily living tasks and provide companionship.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; full induction training provided.
• Willingness to work flexible hours across 7am–10pm, Monday to Sunday.
• Patient and compassionate approach to supporting older people at home.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication as directed and supported by care plans.
• Prepare meals and assist with shopping and light housework.
• Provide personal care and companionship to clients in their own homes.
