Job summary

Agincare Group is seeking a Home Care Assistant to help people stay independent in their own homes at Tamar and Lakeside Court, Weston-super-Mare. You will provide personal care, assist with daily tasks, and offer comfort and reassurance to clients.

We offer fully funded training and qualifications, flexible contracts, and competitive pay up to £12.75 per hour. No previous experience required; full training and career development are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care not required; full training provided.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the UK.
• Ability to support independence in daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily tasks.
• Provide companionship and reassurance to clients.
• Support with mobility and household routines.
• Record observations and report to supervisors.
