NWCare in Northern Ireland is seeking Home Care Assistants to join our team across Ballykelly, Omagh, Belfast and Rathfriland. Open Recruitment Days are held every Wednesday from 10:00 to 15:00 at all branches.

No formal qualifications are required as NWCare provides full bespoke training in our in-house academy. The role involves delivering essential support to individuals at home, promoting comfort, safety and wellbeing, and delivering care with dignity.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required; NWCare provides full bespoke training.
• QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care is desired/required.
• Strong communication and compassionate care skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to individuals in their homes, ensuring comfort, safety and wellbeing.
• Promote dignity and respect while delivering person‑centred care.
• Work across full-time and part-time rotas with flexible hours.
