Reports to: Care Coordinator / Home Care Manager

  • Provide high‑quality personal care, always respecting client dignity and promoting independence within the client’s home
  • Be flexible and adaptable to meet client and business needs
  • Represent Kingsley Home Care with professionalism and pride
Skills and attributes
  • A caring, patient nature
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Experience is a plus, but full training is provided
  • Access to a car and full UK driving licence is preferred
