Job summary

Unique Home Care NI LTD is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support people in their own homes across Belfast. You will deliver personal care, assist with daily living tasks, and follow individual care plans with respect for independence.

Applicants must have a full driving licence and access to a car, be able to manage time, work unsupervised, and record information accurately. NISCC registration or willingness to apply on appointment is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care.

• Be responsible for adult support and protection.
• Monitor care needs and report changes for the plan.
• Maintain accurate records and notes.
• Ensure equipment is used effectively.
• Work in partnership with colleagues within the organisation.
