Walfinch East Barnet is seeking compassionate part-time care assistants to provide high-quality in-home support. You will help with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, medication prompting, and social activities to improve well-being.

We offer excellent benefits including hourly pay from £12.50, double pay on Bank Holidays, and triple pay on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s, plus paid mileage, travel time, and 14 days leave pro rata for part-time staff.

Qualificações

• Valid driving licence and own car.
• Good communication skills.
• Genuine passion for helping others and making a difference.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate personal care with dignity and comfort.
• Assist with meal planning and preparation to support independence.
• Help with light household tasks and maintain a safe living environment.
• Safely administer or prompt medication as per care plans.
• Offer companionship and engage in meaningful activities.
