About the Role:
  • Provide personalised care, companionship, and household support to clients
  • Assist clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life at home
  • Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
  • Receive comprehensive introductions to clients before initial visits
  • Deliver exceptional, relationship-based care in line with our mission
  • Participate in ongoing training, including specialist dementia and end-of-life care courses
