A leading domiciliary care provider is looking for home care assistants in Strabane. No prior qualifications are necessary as full training will be provided on-site. Qualifications

  • Must be able to provide personal care.
  • Experience in community care is preferred.
  • Ability to work in various shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and personal care in the community.
  • Prepare light meals.
  • Ensure all areas are tidy and safe.

Skills

Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
Able to promote and deliver person centred care
Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care

We are recruiting home care assistants to cover morning, lunch and evening rotas in Strabane. No training or qualifications are required as NWCare provides full bespoke training in their in-house training academy. Work Time:We work a 4/3 rota patternWeek 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and SundayWeek 2: Wednesday, Thursday and FridayThe mornings begin at 07:00 - 14:30: afternoons 15:00 - 18:30 and evening rotas begin at 19:00 and finish at 23:00.
