Job summary

Onpoint Homecare in East Sussex is seeking Community Care Workers to support clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. You will follow care plans, assist with personal care, meals, mobility, and companionship, and keep accurate records.

No two days are the same, but you will be part of a friendly, supportive team with training and supervision. Visa sponsorship is not available; right to work in the UK and a driving licence are required.

The Role

As a Community Care Worker, you will provide essential support to people in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Your role may include supporting people with personal care, medication, meal preparation, mobility, companionship, and household tasks. You will follow individual care plans, maintain accurate records, and promote wellbeing while delivering high-quality care tailored to each person's needs.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking people who are naturally caring, compassionate, and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence, have access to a reliable vehicle, and have the right to work in the UK. Strong communication skills, reliability, professionalism, and a genuine passion for supporting people are essential.

Previous experience in care, support work, healthcare, or customer service is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. We welcome applications from both experienced carers and those looking to begin a rewarding career in care.
