Job Role
  • Personal Care: Provide individualised care and support, respecting client care plans.
  • Daily Living Support: Assist with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Mobility Assistance: Aid in client mobility and transfers, utilising manual handling equipment as needed.
  • Medication Management: Safely administer medication in line with care plans and policies.
  • Health Monitoring: Observe and report any changes in clients’ health to managers or healthcare professionals.
  • Social Engagement: Support clients in social activities and outings aligned with their care plans.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate care records, ensuring all services are logged daily.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with the care team to maintain a high standard of service.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure client and staff safety.
Requirements
