Job summary

• Experienced midwife with leadership experience
• Ability to coordinate a caseload and lead a homebirth team

Responsibilities

• Lead the homebirth team and support band 6 midwives as needed
• Coordinate overall caseload for the team
• Provide comprehensive midwifery care in partnership with women and MDT
• Ensure safe staffing and resources for homebirth services
• Promote service improvement and optimal use of available resources
• Deliver clinical midwifery care as required
