Job summary

RAC is seeking a Roadside Technician to deliver fast, reliable roadside repairs and diagnostics across the UK. With a Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent) and at least 2 years’ experience, you’ll operate from home bases and cover local areas to get members back on the road quickly.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ experience
• 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Start and finish your day at home, visiting members in your local area and returning to base as needed.
